Central Market
If you would like to eat traditional dishes of Chile, Santiago´s Central Market is the place with the highest concentration of places for it. In area you can enjoy various dished from the sea area, prepared by the best chefs. All of the gastronomy uses old Creole recipes like the pan fried fish, which you can not miss.
There are two dining options within the market: one is more expensive in places that are located in the middle of the enclosure and the more affordable ones are located around the Central Market, where prices decline sharply.
The Central Market has also various warehouses as liquor stores, butcher shops, bakeries, cheese shops, grocery stores, crafting stores and many more.
In June 2012 the magazine National Geographic highlighted the Central Market of Santiago as the fifth best in the world.
