As an owner, can I include payment for service accounts in the monthly rental value?

Each owner can choose whether or not to include the service accounts in the monthly rental amount. It's possible:

     1. Require payment in advance of all service accounts along with the rental value. Some owners do it to maintain certainty about the payment of                         service bills and/or to support those who require it.

         The lease in these cases indicates that the service accounts are included with a certain monthly limit, so that if the actual consumption of the tenant is             greater than the indicated value, the corresponding difference must be paid.

         During the visit made by the Homeurbano team for the publication of the accommodation, the owner will be required to provide as accurate information           as possible about the average value of the accommodation services.

     2. Include some services, for example, only the Internet.

     3. Do not include service accounts and will be the tenant responsible for paying each of the services.
