How is the security deposit returned?

The security deposit may be refunded in any of the following ways, at the tenant's discretion:

1. Domestic bank transfer: if the tenant has a bank account in Chile, the corresponding amount will be transferred directly to that account.

2. International bank transfer: the tenant may request that the security deposit be transferred to a bank account abroad. In this case, any commissions or charges applied by the entities responsible for processing the international transfer will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

3. Cheque issuance: the tenant may go in person to the Homeurbano offices, providing proof of identity, to request the issuance of a cheque, which must be cashed in person at the corresponding bank.
